Profiting from Hate at The Academy Awards. PUBLISH the Equal Rights Amendment

Uncork the Champaign - or not - because there's a little Awards Show tomorrow - not the Grammys, not the Golden Globes, not the MTV Video Music Awards, not the Billboard Music Awards not the CMAs & FOR SURE NOT the B.E.T. Awards, who think it's OK to coin a new Sexist Slur: "Karen".......

the Grand Poohbah of them all.....

Drumroll, please...

It's the Academy Awards, also known as the Oscars.

I've been busy all day doing other stuff - like, I don't know...maybe TRYING TO MAKE A PAYCHECK, but had a change of heart & decided that I SHOULD speak up.......AGAIN.

My words fall of deaf ears every time.

I'm not sure how much - if ANY - of the "big show" I will watch:

WHY DO I CARE WHO WON THE AWARD FOR DESTROYING LIVES FOR PROFIT???

I don't.

Plus - wait for it.....

I'm not in a big hurry to listen to PROFANITY BEING BLEEPED FOR BEING TOO OBSCENE FOR TV.

THIS is 100% the premise of my book, "Yes, I'd Like to Thank the Academy: How to Tame the Red Carpet in YOUR Office" that I wrote in 2016 & publish on July 4th 2017 IN DIRECT RESPONCE to the TV-Watching Public voting for the "Apprentice President" SOLEY BECAUSE THEY WATCH TOO MUCH TV..

Speaking of the "Red Carpet," does this mean ABC will need to cancel their tabloid psuedo-news Magazine by the same name?

Hmn.

But I digress.....

The Entertainment Industry HAS CREATED A BULLY-CULTURE & as a result, a Hostile Work Environment.

Sexist Slurs aren't just disrespectful, they Create a Hostile Work Environment & Workplace Harassment - at best.

At worst, it puts Women's lives in danger when we work in the Community with Hate Speech blaring in the streets.

Hate Speech in Black Music is the very DEFINITION of Discrimination on ACCOUNT OF SEX. & my #1 Reason for starting this business: to highlight WHY Women need the Equal Rights Amendment.

If you've not yet read my book, "Yes, I'd Like to Thank the Academy: How to Tame the Red Carpet in YOUR Office," the way to effect REAL CHANGE isn't superficially changing the color from Red to Champagne...it is PUTTING PEOPLE OVER PROFITS.

It is ENDING HATE SPEECH.

It is ENDING BULLYING.

It is learning to JUST BE NICE.

That's it -

Just. Be. Nice.

But of course, BULLIES DON'T GET IT.

Nice Carpet btw.
